The Fiddle Bow Knife is what started Hasa Design based on their desire to design and make a better bread knife, that was in 1998 and to prove how good the knife is it is still being made today.

The ‘Meg’s’ mill shaves Nutmeg into flakes of snow… well almost! Pull up the handle, insert the nut and shave away with ease, no more ground knuckles and it even works with other hard nuts. Meg’s mill is part of the Tasmanian Wood Design Collection.
